We have created, delivered and managed this capability across numerous territories and sectors. With offices in London, San Francisco, Istanbul and Hyderabad we deliver projects across EMEA and North America with the capability to support wider geographies.

Annette is one of the pioneers of Centralised Real Time Decisioning solutions, leading the business teams that have delivered Decision Management projects in a number of high profile organisations. She is a Customer Experience evangelist, helping organisations to put the customer at the heart of their strategy. Annette has been in our clients’ shoes, she has done their role in other organisations and made it successful for very large implementations. Her insight and experience is invaluable in helping our clients shape their strategy and business transformation required in the project, a great mentor she is the trusted advisor to our clients taking their first steps into a Decision Management project. Prior to Adqura, Annette led marketing, strategy and customer experience teams for GoCompare, Orange, O2 and Nationwide Building Society and has been a P&L owner for the delivery of decisioning driven benefits.
