Our story

Adqura was formed in 2011 by a team of experts in Decision Management, Marketing and CRM. Our name is based on a latin name, ‘ad curo’, meaning ‘to do with care’ This is important, as we passionately believe in the power of decisioning to drive action, based on insight and intelligence, and to make a positive difference.

We focus on delivering innovative and cutting-edge projects that focus on successful client outcomes, and can create differentiation in an often commoditized market. Our core pillars of excellence in the decisioning arena are innovation, delivery excellence, knowledge and capability.

We are now a recognised thought leader in the creation and delivery of 1:1 Customer Engagement solutions for large corporate and enterprise corporations around the world based on the Pega Platform.

Adqura has delivered a number of firsts in 1:1 Customer Engagement including:

  • The first truly ‘Always On‘ Pega decisioning implementation at Vodafone UK
  • The first Multi Branded ‘Decisioning as a Service’ implementation for Alight Solutions delivering ‘Hyper Personalized’ employee comms for their customer brands
  • Delivered the first Omni-Channel Pega decisioning solution at British Gas
  • Delivered the first Customer Loyalty and Rewards program using Pega CDH

To support these deliveries Adqura continues to invest significantly in R&D into AI, Automation and Decisioning to create its own processes, technologies and frameworks to accelerate and provide significant additional client value.

Our management team

Our leadership team have pioneered the development and optimisation of on-demand customer decisioning since its inception in the UK, and constantly developed innovative and bespoke ways to deliver and optiomise it globally. We have created, delivered and managed this capability across numerous territotires and sectors. With offices in London, San Francisco, Istanbul, São Paulo and Hyderabad we deliver projects across EMEA and North America with the capability to support wider geographies.
